„Everyone sees only his own area: we need to work together better as a team.“
We determine together why things are the way they are. Do employees not have a common goal? Are they worried about not being needed? Is it thoughtlessness or is a suitable organizational structure missing? In a workshop we will work out the common goals and a plan of immediate action. Seminar participants can learn to act as a team with lasting effect; they also make precise agreements. Afterwards it is important to remember the new rules - the team members themselves can rotate the responsibility for this among themselves. The respect for the colleague's work increases; all agree to be fair to one another. |
